If you provide your telephone number and give the appropriate consent, we may contact you by call or text message regarding your inquiry, property information, potential real estate transactions, requested information, appointments and follow-up communications, or other legitimate business matters related to your interaction with us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 14.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of entering into any transaction with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or lease mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent to anyone.
