SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message program operated by C&T Group LLC (“C&T Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

2. How You Opt In

You are enrolled in our text message program only if you have given express written consent, by one of the following methods:

  • Checking the unchecked consent box on a form on our website and submitting the form;
  • Providing your mobile number and consent in writing on a document you sign;
  • Texting a keyword to our number; or
  • Verbally providing consent during a call, which we confirm and document.

Required consent language on our web forms:

“☐ By checking this box, I consent to receive text messages from C&T Group LLC at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using automated technology, regarding my property inquiry, offers, appointments, documents, and transaction updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or transaction. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your agreement to receive text messages is not required to buy any product or service from us, to receive an offer on your property, or to enter into any transaction with us.

You represent that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old. If you change or give up that number, you agree to notify us promptly.

3. Opting Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing or calling us using the information in Section 10.

4. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly. We will respond with our name and contact information.

5. Supported Carriers

The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All of the categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your mobile number only with the licensed communications platform and messaging provider that delivers messages on our behalf, solely for the purpose of operating this program, and under contractual restrictions prohibiting any other use. We do not sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers or SMS consent to anyone, for any purpose.

7. Content and Conduct

Do not send us sensitive personal information by text message, including Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card numbers. Text messaging is not a secure channel.

Messages you send to us may be retained as part of our business records, including for compliance with telecommunications and real estate recordkeeping requirements.

8. Disclaimer

Nothing sent by text message constitutes a binding offer to purchase or sell real property, or legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. No offer is binding on C&T Group LLC unless set forth in a written purchase agreement signed by an authorized representative. See our Terms of Use.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or terminate this text message program, or these terms, at any time, with or without notice. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version.
